Every Project, big or small, starts with Design Advice. This enables you to get clarity for your project. Our Kitchen & Bath Project Start & Design Concept Advice can help you get focused with establishing a Design Plan for your space and also for us to answer all your questions regarding what changes you envision doing to your home.

*Sometimes this may be the only Service you need and then you can do things on your own.

This Design Advice can be applied to a Kitchen & or Bathroom Project you want to start:

1. Kitchen & or Bath Renovation in existing home

2. Kitchen & Bath build in Brand New Home Construction

3. Kitchen & Bath Refresh with Cosmetic changes for Resale

4. For New Construction Kitchen & Bath build from plans

We meet you:

• Either in 3 separate VIRTUAL VIDEO Sessions for up to 1 hour each.

• Or for face-to-face onsite for 3 hours of Design Advice

PACKAGE DETAILS

• Discussing and discovering the details of your project.

• We take the time to listen to you and give sound advice on “how to start” your project

• After hearing your ideas & concepts we will advice you on what approach would suit you best

• We will look at your Budget numbers if you have them or provide a rough outline of a ballpark Budget Report for your project once we understand the scope of your project.

• After 3 hours of Design Advice is completed we write up all the discussion notes into a detailed Studio Report for your reference.

• We will prepare for download a Digital Inspiration Concept Board after you share with us your Design Vision with us via our Design Portal & our meeting.

• We will collaborate with you on our Online Design Portal on all sections as mentioned above.

At the end of the above process you should have all the ideas, tips & direction to move your project forward on your terms OR we direct you to any additional service if required.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Purchase this Package online using the PURCHASE button.

2. Once we receive notification of the purchase, we will set you up with your unique Online Portal

3. We will direct you to fill up a Design Advice Questionnaire with details of your Project & Concept

4. You may share Inspiration pictures with us via the Design Portal & any other notes that you want to.

5. We will direct you to our Design Advice Agreement which will need your approval

6. To have our Design Advice Session, we will schedule a time with you via our online Calendar scheduling system.

7. We will send your the online Zoom or Google link if you are booking a Virtual session.

NOTE: Prices quoted in CAD (GST extra). We service across Canada & USA for all Virtual Sessions.
