PACKAGE DETAILS

The Kitchen Planning Advice is a starter for your Full Kitchen Renovation Design where we discuss the layout and flow of your new Kitchen. We assign different areas for different tasks, making sure to see if the existing locations of appliances work for you or needs changes. We also look at location of the sink in relation to the Work Triangle, if that is functional. If not what are some possible solutions. We talk about window location, natural lighting, task lighting, ambient lighting and if there are possibilities of improvement. We also address your counter work surface and if you need, want more counter space and if you have the room to extend or put in an island.

Duration: 2 Hours in your Home or virtually via Video

The Bath Planning Advice is a starter for your Full Bathroom Renovation Design where we look at the current layout of your bathroom and if it is working for you or how can we change and improve that for maximum comfort and functionality. We look at traffic flow, clearances, if wheelchair access is needed we make provisions for that. We also discuss accessibility for future and how can we achieve that. We discuss about bathroom & shower flooring materials, fixtures that would make your Bath experience better. We also talk about lighting and what will be necessary for your daily bathroom tasks. We touch on every aspect that would make your Bathroom time more enjoyable and functional.

Duration: 2 Hours in your Home or virtually via Video

Once we are done with your Kitchen Planning OR Bath Planning we would move on to the Cabinet Planning Advice below.

The Cabinet Planning Advice is for planning your cabinet layout, cabinet design ideas, select your case-goods, cabinet style, color, wood grain, profile & Hardware. Use this for cabinet planning individually for your Kitchen, for your Bathrooms, and for your Laundry/Powder Room/Closets as a bundle.

Once we plan the sizes of cabinets and drawers that fit for the different tasks in your Kitchen & Bathroom and how you would use them we would then recommend our Design Drawing Services that will allow you to complete your Design for your New Kitchen and Bathroom. You can then proceed to working with your Contractor using the design blueprint provided by us.

The Floor Plan Layout Advice enables you to achieve a better flow for your entire single or multi level floor plan if you are planning to use the space in a more functional & efficient way. If you are planning a Remodel of your home OR Building your New Home then this is the perfect service essential to move forward. We are not focusing on just the Kitchen or Bath or any one specific area but the Whole Floor. We start with your existing Floor Plan Drawings that you already have and Red-Line them to make the Layout better both in Flow & Function. We look at your use of the home and suggest best location for each areas, if you need to move any walls, doors, or change direction of a room entry and exit.

*You will receive Space Planning Bubble Sketch of your existing Floor. We will then develop this via our software in our Design Drawing Service.

*If we are working with your New Construction Plans, you receive Red-Lining of your your plans reflecting all the changes and customization you desire. If you want a new set of plans reflecting these changes we will need to do a fresh set of drawings via our Design Drawings Service.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

For Cabinet Planning Advice we will spend an additional 6 hours:

• Use Measurements & Pictures of your space to plan how cabinets will be situated OR space plan your floor layout

• Provide an Illustrated Design Concept and Digital Design Board with all the elements of the Cabinet Planning figured out

For Floor Plan Layout Advice we will spend an additional 6 hours:

• Brainstorm your New Construction or Existing Home's Floor Plan to make it more practical to your Lifestyle and the way you live.

• We will plan, discuss, tweak and Redline your Floor Layout with you to achieve a better planned space.

Our Planning & Layout Design Advice can help you get focused with establishing a Design Plan for your space and also for us to answer all your questions regarding what changes you envision doing to your home.

PROCESS & INSTRUCTIONS

1. We start this advice with Collaboration on our Online Portal on Purchase of this service.

2. After the 2 hour advice session is completed at your home or via Virtual meeting, we finalize the Sketch for the Space Planning from the above packages as mentioned. We then provide you a Studio Report & Illustration submission on everything we discuss on the Design Portal. You can then download everything as & when you need.

3. Purchase this Advice Package online using the PURCHASE button - Choose the Design Advice of your choice

5. Choose the option that best suits what you are looking for. Please feel free to come back to choose another option if you need to

6. Once we receive notification of the purchase, we will set you up with your unique Online Portal

7. We will direct you to fill up a Design Advice Questionnaire with details of your Project Planning

8. You may share Inspiration pictures with us via the Design Portal & any other notes that you want to.

9. We will direct you to our Design Advice Agreement which will need your approval

10. To have our Design Advice Session, we will schedule a time for it OR direct you to schedule a time convenient for you from our Calendar via our online scheduling system.

11. We will send you the online Zoom or Google link for the Virtual session or come meet you in person.
