You need the Full Formula to take you from Inspiration Pictures to Project Completion. I am with you from the get-go and immerse myself and my resources into guiding your project fully.

You will still be participating and willing to handle your project with my help. I provide you with all the tools, resources that you need. I stay with you till the very end unless you feel confident and want me to step back or step aside. I will still be available after, on call for any questions.

Consult with me for 40 hours spread over a 3-4 months: This is a Full Formula starting from Ideas & Inspiration:

  1. You want to renovate and change how your home looks in few or more rooms and spaces.

  2. You have been researching and collecting ideas for months on Pinterest or your computer

  3. You have certain areas in your home that needs upgrades and remodeling

  4. You have come up with the funds but do not know what is the next step to the Idea board.

  5. You need to formulate your Design of the space applying those Inspiration pictures from Pinterest

  6. You need to put together your Budget for your Project and assign your funds to all the different costs

  7. You have to select & hire your Contractor, Trades and may be even a Project Manager and make sure they will be a right fit for you and your budget.

  8. You need to find and select products that will go into your space that will make your home suitable to your dreams

  9. You need a professional with experience who would show you the difference & value of where to buy products, what to choose - Builder Grade, Home Improvement store or Trade products from Vendor Showrooms.

  10. You need someone to show you how to Manage your Project, examine work done, check & identify visible defects in workmanship, have a discussion with the Contractor and ask for correction

  11. Starting from the beginning all the way to the end you need Clarity, Confidence and minimize Overwhelm to make Decisions on all the aspects of your project.

  12. You need help to hold your hand and move you forward, show you where to start. You want to move from Indecision & Research mode to Process Mode & finally to Progress Mode.

How to use this Coaching Offer:

  1. Use the 40 hours in 18 sessions of 2 or 4 hours increments spread over 3-4 months.

  2. You can start with 2 consecutive sessions of 4 hours each so we can Deep Dive and Generate a Comprehensive plan for you to Kickstart your project.

  3. Use these 15 sessions via video (for remote location) or in-person & video combination (if local to Greater Vancouver, BC)

  4. For local to Greater Vancouver we will do:

    • 4 in-person sessions of 4 hours each

    • 4 in-person sessions of 2 hours each

    • 4 video sessions of 2 hour each

    • 4 video sessions of 1 hour each

    • Finish off with 2 in-person sessions of 2 hours each

  5. The above sessions may not go in the order stated here. We can decide on that as we start working. Driving rates will apply depending on distance.

  6. You can email communicate with us for the duration of the months for additional queries (complimentary to you)

  7. I will encourage text on my cell phone only for short messages and only during my working hours. Will follow up on details when we connect.

  8. Once all our sessions are over, for lingering questions or for additional help I can bill you for every 30 minute of time (prepaid virtual coaching) for $75 per half hour session.

IMPORTANT: This coaching session is meant to be used for coaching for a Full Formula renovation needing a detailed service process starting from the Inspiration stage. Purchase & Set Up:

  1. Purchase this Offer with the Purchase button and use your Credit Card to pay. All purchases are in CAD

  2. On the Purchase page you write in the spaces provided your project progress details, what is stopping you in your tracks, what problem areas you are facing and what are the questions you need answered.

  3. Once I receive confirmation of the purchase and your info

    • I will email within 1-2 business days to ask how many hours you want to start with.

    • I will email you within 1-2 business days asking any additional information I may need.

  4. On hearing back from you I will send you the link of my Calendar to book the time for the First session.

  5. Thereafter as we start working together I will keep updating you the link for consecutive sessions.

I will provide my Knowledge, Experience and Advice to any questions you have, starting right from where you currently are and where you need to go from there.
