Our Deep Dive, Intensive Offer from “Process Leads To Progress” Renovation Coaching

You have your Plans & Budget ready. You just need Assurance & Support to move to DEMO Day. We start off from where you stopped. We look at everything you have, examine, review, correct, introduce, encourage. You avail my Digital Tools as needed. Once you feel ready to move forward I step back and be available on call for answering questions.

Consult with me for 18 hours spread over a 2-3 months: This is a Deep Dive into your Project Readiness:

  1. You have halted in your tracks and need expert advice on everything you have planned

  2. You have come up with a Design for the Space(s) but need a professional opinion

  3. You have the Budget prepared but need a final review to ensure you are on track

  4. You have finalized your Product choices but now have doubts if it will work

  5. You have a timeline chalked out but need assurance if it is right or need to be tightened or loosened

  6. You need to hire few trades for specific jobs and not sure where to find them

  7. You have selected your Contractor, Trades and may be even a Project Manager but not entirely sure if they will be a right fit for you and your budget. You want an expert opinion

  8. You want to verify a few things with a Professional Designer & Coach who can give you dependable guidance and look at the details of your project plan and give you the Green light to proceed

  9. You need a professional with experience who would point out and  show things that you may have missed

  10. You need Accountability and Motivation to support you and your goals

  11. You have done all the work to plan, prep and ready to start but still not sure if everything is covered

As we check and inspect together all aspects of your Renovation Readiness we start to streamline the problem areas resulting in better clarity and understanding.

With these Coaching Sessions you can:

  • How to match & pair the Contractor’s Project Calendar with Your Progress Chart - remember that your Roadmap will not be the same as the Professional’s 

  • Learn how to vet & hire Trades, check their credentials.

  • Get clarity about the ins & outs of Managing your own project if you want to take that up.

  • Verify all your project details with my professional opinion & have me tweak few required items.

  • Have me provide you with some required options and items that you may have missed which I can point out,

  • Have a buddy for Accountability and Motivation in reaching your goals

  • Gain Confidence to continue with the Renovation Journey you have embarked upon and move forward with it.

 

How to use this Coaching Offer:

  1. Use the 18 hours in 9 sessions of 2 hours increments spread over 2-3 months.

  2. You can combine the first 2 sessions for 4 hours so we can Deep Dive into the problem areas

  3. Use these 9 sessions via video (for remote location) or in-person & video combination (if local to Greater Vancouver, BC)

  4. For local to Greater Vancouver we will do 3 in-person & 4 video sessions. Driving rates will apply depending on distance.

  5. You can email communicate with us for the duration of the months for additional queries (complimentary to you)

  6. I will encourage text on my cell phone only for short messages and only during my working hours. Will follow up on details when we connect.

  7. Once all our sessions are over, for lingering questions or for additional help I can bill you for every 30 minute of time (prepaid virtual coaching) for $75 per half hour session.

IMPORTANT: This coaching session is not meant to be used for coaching for a Full Formula renovation needing a detailed service process starting from the Inspiration stage. If you feel that your project will need a Full Service starting from Idea or Mood Board to Project Completion then The Pinterest Dreamer coaching is for you..

Purchase & Set Up:

  1. Purchase this Offer with the Purchase button and use your Credit Card to pay. All purchases are in CAD

  2. On the Purchase page you write in the spaces provided your project progress details, what is stopping you in your tracks, what problem areas you are facing and what are the questions you need answered.

  3. Once I receive confirmation of the purchase and your info

    • I will email within 1-2 business days to ask how many hours you want to start with.

    • I will email you within 1-2 business days asking any additional information I may need.

  4. On hearing back from you I will send you the link of my Calendar to book the time for the First session.

  5. Thereafter as we start working together I will keep updating you the link for consecutive sessions.

I will provide my Knowledge, Experience and Advice to any questions you have, starting right from where you currently are and where you need to go from there.
